Reopen if Claude stays silent after a press following any Claude Code release. The mods API moves per build, and prompt.submit is the kind of call that moves.
What we learned about the kit. claude plugin test cannot answer session.append or show whether a turn started. A hand-back must be pressed once for real before it is called done.
The rule that changed. A mod that wants Claude to act sends a prompt, not a transcript row.
