One licence, never the source

A perpetual licence to build with the code and to resell what you build with it. The source itself never changes hands. Delivery is GitHub org repo access plus a zip, and checkout runs on Polar.

A listing is designated by its own tag and carries the others it belongs to. Select tags to narrow the run: a listing shows only when it carries every tag selected.

What you are buying, in six clauses

The same deed stands behind every listing. It is short on purpose, and the boundary in clause five is the one I am asked about most.

    Licence to build and resell

You buy a perpetual licence to build and resell what you build with the code — never the source itself.

    1. Grant

A perpetual licence to build with the code, and to resell what you build with it.

    2. Term

Perpetual. Paid once. There is nothing to renew.

    3. Exclusion

The source itself is never conveyed. The licence is the product.

    4. Delivery

Access to the GitHub org repo, plus a zip.

    5. Support

The licence and the delivery are the whole of what is conveyed. Support is not part of it. What I fix, I publish in the fixes log.

    6. Checkout

Runs on Polar. The price is set there, and no price is stored in the CMS.
