Vault commit 5819c10, landed 7 October 2026.

**1. Submit, do not append.** After a press the mod builds one short line: the command, its exit code, and the output trimmed and redacted. It calls `$.prompt.submit` with that line. A turn starts and Claude answers.

**2. Fall back when a turn is running.** `prompt.submit` is refused while Claude is mid-turn. On refusal the mod calls `$.prompt.fill` with the same line. The text lands in the prompt box and the operator presses Enter when ready. Nothing is lost either way.

**3. Collect where the kit can see.** Collection of handed commands moved from `session.append` to the `turn.complete` event, which the test kit can drive. The eight tests now cover the submit path, the refused-submit path and the fill fallback.

**4. Reload and press.** `/reload-plugins`, then one more press. Claude answered without a typed prompt.

What was not changed: the redaction, and the rule that a command still holding a blank to fill in (like `<your-value>`) gets no Run button. Those were right.
